When purchasing a item from this service no refunds are allowed to be issued. I can make small changes to the product you have purchased such as the way I have worded something or maybe a background image. However I will not give out refunds or completely refurbish a product once you have recieved it from me.

Some orders may be cancelled or rejected. The reason behind this would be because of a fault in the details you had provided in the order. Such as the wrong infomation or the wrong details. If this was to happen I have the authority to cancel your order.
